Shipments and returns
All shipments and returns from Koike Barcelona, are made through the DHL EXPRESS shipping service.
Shipping costs to Spain (except Canary Islands):
Shipping costs to the Peninsula, Ceuta, Melilla and Balearic Islands are FREE.
Shipping costs to Canary Islands, UK, Switzerland, European Union, USA and Canada:
For purchases over 200€, shipping costs are FREE.
Otherwise, the shipping costs appear on the website at the time of order and before order confirmation.

Shipments to countries outside the European Union
If you place an order outside the European Union, Koike Barcelona will pay all customs duties at destination. That is to say, we control the whole process so that there are no surprises for the final customer.
Once the order is ready to be delivered, an informative e-mail will be sent to the customer detailing the address where the delivery will be made, the transport company and, if applicable, the reference number of the shipment.
Iberian Peninsula, Ceuta, Melilla and Balearic Islands:
The estimated delivery time for orders is 1-2 working days from the time they are placed. In the sales period and in special promotions the delivery time may be slightly longer than usual.
The estimated time of delivery of the orders is 1 to 2 working days from the formalization.
North Africa and Middle East:
The estimated delivery time for orders is 1 - 3 business days from completion.
USA and Canada:
The estimated time of delivery of the orders is 2 to 3 working days from the formalization.
The estimated time of delivery of orders is 2 to 4 working days from its formalization.
Asia and the Pacific:
The estimated time of delivery of the orders is 3 to 6 working days from the formalization.
Rest of the world:
The estimated time of delivery of orders is 3 - 6 working days from its formalization.
All orders are subject to availability of items. In the event that we are unable to send you the product for any reason, we reserve the right to notify you by email, offering similar items. If you do not wish to order these replacement items, we will refund the amount paid.
Other topics of interest:
In the absence of the recipient at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a note or call the customer at the number indicated at the time of purchase, indicating your next delivery at your address.

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with the purchase, unused items may be returned. It is possible to make an exchange or request a refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. Items must be returned in perfect condition, with the original box of Koike Barcelona and with the same content, labels and packaging with which they were sent, as well as properly folded t-shirts. In case the consumer does not, Koike Barcelona reserves the right to refuse the return.
Cost of returns for the customer:
- Peninsula, Ceuta, Melilla and Balearic Islands: 15 €
- Canary Islands, UK, Switzerland, European Union, USA and Canada : 30 €
- Rest of the world: at the customer's expense
Here is how to proceed with the returns in each case.
Change of size
Koike Barcelona will take care of sending the correct size and collecting the wrong size at no cost. To make an exchange, place a new order in our online store and return items that do not serve you.
If, exceptionally, you have received a defective item, please contact our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling +34 934 774 071, and we will solve the problem as soon as possible.
The product does not meet your expectations
In the event that the consumer is not satisfied with the products received in his order, in accordance with the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, the consumer will have a period of 14 calendar days to claim the return, from the time of receipt of the article.
The steps to make a return are:
REQUEST A REFUND:
Request your return by e-mail to email@example.com within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order by the courier company.
The following information must be provided in the e-mail with the subject "Return of order number XXXXXX":
- the order number
- returned products
- the reason for the return
Then, prepare the packaging to be collected in its original packaging, and with the same contents, labels and packaging with which it was sent, as well as the sleeves properly folded.

Once the return has been made online, one of our logistics agents will contact you to confirm the date and time of the package collection.
The refund will be made when the returned products have been checked and accepted by Koike Barcelona.
For purchases made by credit card, the amount of the refund will be available in the customer's account within approximately 28 days or, in any case, in the following statement. The time required to process the refund may vary depending on the bank that issued the credit card.
Purchases made via Paypal or by bank transfer will be refunded to the original account with which payment was made.
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any difference in the amount refunded is due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be refunded.
The quality of all items is checked for possible defects before they are shipped to the customer. To get the return process underway as quickly as possible, please ship all the items you want to replace in one shipment.
No refunds will be made if the product is not returned in the original box of Koike Barcelona and with the same content that was sent.
Damaged, stained or altered refunds will be rejected and are non-refundable. In the case of unauthorized returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address indicated on the original order. For any situation not explicitly mentioned, the European rules for long-distance trade shall prevail. Our customer service department is at your disposal for any questions you may have.
